Jelizaveta Tsesnokova, GMBPsS, GBC
I am a Behavioural Analyst with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Applications of Psychology. My core expertise lies in analysing human behaviour to identify patterns, motivations, risk indicators, and decision-making dynamics.
Behavioural analysis sits at the centre of all my work. I apply it in two primary domains: high-performance development and behavioural risk assessment.
In high-performance coaching, I use behavioural analysis to help individuals understand their psychological patterns, challenge self-doubt, and push beyond perceived limitations in order to achieve meaningful and sustained performance outcomes.
In professional and investigative contexts, I provide behavioural profiling and analytical support to private security firms, corporate leadership teams, HR departments, and legal professionals. My work assists organisations in understanding behavioural dynamics, mitigating risk, and navigating complex internal or investigative situations.
My expertise includes behavioural risk analysis, investigative behavioural consultancy, structured investigative interviewing, qualitative research, and psychological pattern analysis. I specialise in translating behavioural data into clear, structured insights that support informed decision-making while maintaining strict legal and ethical standards.
Each engagement results in a focused behavioural assessment with practical recommendations tailored to the situation.
My approach is analytical, objective, and methodologically rigorous, with a strong emphasis on discretion, clarity, and professional integrity.
